Project Manager will work with minimal direction, on a wide variety of complex projects. Develop presentation materials to management. Acts as a liaison between sponsor organizations, and IT organizations to coordinate a project team in preparation of detailed assessments through implementation. This role is expected to determine and manage project scope and timelines, identify and manage risks & dependencies, drive issues to resolution, schedule and facilitate meetings, create weekly status reports and create executive level presentations. Manages Change Control requests. Coordinates cost estimates and is responsible for speaking to system functionality and deliverables. This role requires coordination with architects, development and test resources and management to provide feedback and manage assigned projects. All responsibilities require a highly-motivated, self-directed individual. REQUIRED SKILLS: 10+ years of wireless/telecommunications/technology experience; 5+ years of project development and management; Effective skills in developing presentation materials, such as in power point, for project details, executive management, and clients; Effective experience as a business analyst; Analyze customer needs for services, applications and platform implications; Maintain overall vision / roadmap for the existing and next gen build-out supporting multiple Tiers
Lead, inspire and gain the trust of cross functional teams while leveraging their skills to meet project objectives. Provide executive level updates of the project on regular basis. Foresee and mitigate risks and be accountable for the project success. Identify ongoing opportunities for operational efficiencies, to ensure customer satisfaction in order to continue revenue growth and increase market share as well as be accountable for annual revenue targets. DESIRED SKILLS: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Technical IT development background.
