• Grow property management revenue with agent recruitment efforts, new property contracts and acquisition opportunities.

• Ensure consistent policy and procedure throughout region and audit the process

• Simplify process and increase efficiency with “Green” initiatives

• Increase profitability of long and short term rentals

• Establish training and educational programs for staff

• Review, refine and standardize the property management operating system (data)

Experience & Qualifications:

• 10+ years in a leadership position managing process and people with a multi-family industry

• Demonstrated ability to grow PM revenue

• Corporate presentation with a professional demeanor.

• Ability to implement software systems

• Demonstrated ability to grow PM revenue

• BA/BS degree / Active Real Estate Agent License or Broker License
