Description
Hospital employed group of two urologists and one PA seeking 2 additional urologists. Well established practice, satellite locations, firm referral patterns. Prefer surgeons with experience and training using the DaVinci Robot. Excellent compensation at $425,000 to start plus productivity bonus paid quarterly based on w/RVUs, signing bonus of $50,000, student loan repayment of $30,000 and relocation up to $10,000. Retention bonus of $25,000 after three years. Opportunity to own mobile laser and lithotripsy unit. Opportunity for ownership shares in successful Ambulatory Surgery Center and other Physician/Hospital Joint Ventures.
