My client is a high-profile client within their industry with very visible presence. Reporting the VP, this role will support the firm's financial reporting, joint venture partners and provide financial analysis as it relates to budgeting, corporate earnings and cash flow models.

Qualified applicants who possess the following:

Bachelors degree in Accounting. Minimum of two years with a Big 4.  

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Prepare financial reports to advisory clients and joint venture partners by preparing/compiling financial statements, including variance analysis and narratives. Issue quarterly performance reports. Assist in preparation and analysis of annual budgets and semi-annual business plans. Prepare monthly cash flow analyses. Maintain Excel models. Report valuations. Attend and participate in investment management meetings. Assist the SEC Reporting group with projects as needed. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
