JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Communicate fluently in verbal and written English and French
•1-2 years of work experience in a bilingual (English/French) customer service call centre environment
•Basic knowledge of Windows software desired
•24 hour/ 7 days inbound call centre- rotating shifts
•Flexibility in scheduling required
•Regular attendance and punctuality is essential
