Account Manager
The London Group is a boutique firm specializing in the placement of Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing and Human Resources professionals. Our goal is to develop long term relationships based on trust, integrity and accountability.
Client Information
Our client is a leader in the IT solutions market. They have 30 offices in North America. Due to growth, they are looking to add an Account Manager to their Toronto office.
Job Responsibilities
- Through cold calling and client visits bring in accounts that would benefit from IT staff augmentation services
- Source and qualify potential candidates that suit the roles your client is looking to hire for
- Act as the main point of contact between your client and the candidate
- Negotiate offers of employment and coordinate start dates and offer packages
Job Requirements
- University degree required
- Minimum 1 year of IT staffing experience
- Extensive knowledge of the IT industry required
Remuneration
$50,000 - $60,000. + commissions + semiannual bonuses
