Store Manager/ General Manager needed for a corporate fast casual concept/ coffee house cafe.

Requirements:

Must have P&L knowledge

Must have at least 3 years of previous restaurant management experience in a QSR/ fast casual corporate setting or a franchise operation (i.e. Corner Bakery, Panera, Chipotle, Cosi, Bruegger's, Einstein, Starbuck's, etc.)

Must have a proven success with developing people

Stability defined by no more than two jobs in the last 5 years
