A B.S./M.S. in biochemistry or related discipline with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment is required.

The candidate should have laboratory skills in protein analysis including HPLC, gel electrophoresis and spectroscopic methods. Knowledge of the lyophilization development is desired.

Individual will work under the direct supervision of a Scientist/Sr. Scientist as a supervisor and close collaborations with the other development specialists.

This position reports to a Scientist/Sr. Scientist as a supervisor; Contacts are other professionals in the department and potentially contract analytical facilities.

General knowledge of cGMP and ICH requirements is highly desirable. The individual should have effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal oriented and timeline driven environment is essential.
