Project Manager

Length: 1 Year Contract

Located in Erie, PA

 Property and Casualty Insurance is highly desired

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 or more years of Project Management experience managing large complex projects
• 3 or more years of experience presenting project progress and issues to upper levels of management
• Experience in managing project teams consisting of cross-functional roles across the business and IT (e.g., business subject matter experts, business analyst, system analyst, software engineers, etc.)
• Experience in managing large projects over a complete life cycle from idea generation to deployment and post-production support
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Strong ability to direct the work of others
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong meeting facilitation and negotiation skills
• Strong communications, interpersonal, change management and relationship management skills

Preferred:

• Advanced Degree
• PMP designation
• Insurance experience
