Position Title: Senior Integration Specialist, HIE – California
HCI is currently seeking an experienced Senior Integration Specialist, HIE who is interested in a full-time position.

The Senior Integration Specialist reports to the Director of the eHealth Partnership Program on the Health Information Exchange (HIE) initiative and activities. The Senior Integration Specialist works to identify information technology needs and implementing solutions to meet the identified needs of our community-wide health information exchange goals. The Senior Integration Specialist manages and implements the complex integration projects of the HIE initiative, analyzes client systems to ensure compatibility, ensures problem resolution, and provides system support to users as it relates to interfaces and integration. This individual maintains existing systems, while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of application acquisition, implementation, management and support assuring alignment with the values, vision and strategic direction of the health system. This position is responsible for transition plans for moving from the current to the future state environments. The position participates in the development of data/information architecture standards, policies and procedures for the health information exchange program. This individual has a high degree of independence and responsibility and is an instrumental part of this program's growth and development.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 yrs HIE experience required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Prefer experience with Allscripts/Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager
