REpower have retained Allen & York's Renewable Energy Group to partner them in an exclusive assignment to provide a leading professional in the Wind Energy Sector for their growing European team.

REpower SAS, created in 2002, based in Paris - La Defense, is in charge of the French, Belgian and Turkish markets. With 150 employees, among them 80 service technicians located in 12 service centres all over France, REpower SAS has installed more than 1300 MW in France, which represents about 20% of the total installed wind farm base.

As part of the growth in the Belgian market, Construction Projects department of REpower SAS is looking to appoint a Flemish and French-speaking Project Manager based in Paris to manage the company's Belgian onshore wind construction projects.
- Responsible for the management of the project lifecycle for allocated Belgium & France projects from sales negotiation to service handover through building and leading effective project teams and ensuring effective delivery (budget, programme and quality).
- Responsible for process of down-selecting suppliers and placement of projects to ensure that quality subcontractors are selected and projects are delivered effectively.
- Assist in the procedural development of REpower SAS by developing project management processes and procedures to ensure internal and external customer requirements are met.
- Contribute to the profitability of REpower SAS through effective project delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for Health & Safety on project sites during the project delivery stage by ensuring all staff are adequately trained on site, processes and procedures are in place and they are being adhered to.
- Build strong effective relationships with key people in REpower Group to ensure effective project delivery.
- Experience of managing complex sub contracts and high value projects
- Good commercial awareness
- Engineering graduate or equivalent experience/professional development in the field of engineering and operation project (any discipline).
- Effective networking skills and significant experience of customer interaction and effective customer feedback.
- Ability to influence at all levels and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Degree in Mechanics or Electrical Engineering
- Fluent in Flemish, French and English
- 3-5 years experience in construction Project in Belgium and in Europe
- Excellent knowledge of SAP (PS, MM, SD) a must
