Our client, a large successful retail company, has an immediate need for an HRIS Analyst with expertise in Peoplesoft reporting and analysis for a high profile project supporting HR and Technology Leadership. If you are a whiz with PeopleSoft query, Business Objects reporting, Excel, and HR analytics and seeking an opportunity to make an impact with a great company, then this is the role for you! They are looking for an experienced Analyst to evaluate their current reporting processes and build a sustainable program that offers key data to executive leadership.

This is for a 6 month contract in the San Francisco office with a high probability of extension.

Key requirements:
- Must have extensive experience building PeopleSoft Queries with expert Excel and Access skills - at least 6 years
- Must be highly analytical and be able to translate data into meaningful reports present to executives
- Must be proactive, a strong communicator, with some experience in process re-engineering
- Must have 4+ years of experience managing high level projects or as a business analyst working with cross functional teams in an enterprise organization
