We have a South West Hospital Organization that is seeking an Business Systems Analyst, specializing in Professional Billing and payor claims. This hospital recently achieved HIMSS Stage 7 EMR certification placing them in the top 1% of all hospitals nationwide.

The Business Systems Analyst in this role is expected to bring top notch systems analysis and communication skills to the role to deliver outstanding value to the organization. We are seeking a detail oriented and collaborative individual with experience in ICD-9, ICD-10, 5010, in a Professional Billing / Practice Provider setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare IT, business systems analysis, training users, providing end user support in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in working within private practice clinics billing departments training end users how to navigate workflow within EMR/EHR systems. The candidate will be responsible for updating claims and payor information, learning system updates in their area, applying system updates, researching job related functionality within the system, and rolling out system changes to end users. Bachelor's degree in relevant field desired, at least 1 years experience healthcare IT, one year experience with billing and claims. Specific experience with Epic EHR, or Epic certification a plus.
