Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts, in order to identify software problems and their causes, in a Service Oriented Architecture based environment. The technical skills include the ability to work with testing tools such as ITKOLISA and Quick Test Pro.
The responsibilities for this position will be:
Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor and will typically supervise one or more lower level analyst
Ability to lead scrum teams and report the progress of the team to upper management
Create automated test cases using ITKO LISA and Quick Test Pro
Create automated test scripts using QTP to test web portals
Manually test new functionalities, and automate them for future releases
Work with both LISA workstation and server
Qualification Needed:
Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required
8-10 years experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required)
Strong ability to work independently and manage one?s time (Required)
Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming concepts (Required)
Strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production running.
Strong knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology (Required)
Strong knowledge of software testing tools, such as ITKO LISA and Quick Test Pro (Required)
Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Required)
Intermediate to advance knowledge of databases, ORACLE preferred (Required)
Experience in working with messaging systems like MQ, JMS (Preferred)
Prior experience in Cargo movement business (Preferred)
