Our client, a leading provider of Network Solutions is currently hiring a Cisco Senior Network Engineer for their Philadelphia PA office. The Cisco Senior Network Engineer will be responsible for large scale network projects while providing technical support and network and router maintenance and documentation.

Responsibilities:

·         Taking charge of all Network application and execution projects.

·         Lead the planning and designing phase to ensure maximum quality and efficiency.

·         Maintain Hardware and Software performance

·         Testing and configuring hardware and software.

·         Updating and data transfer between new technologies.

·         Troubleshoot and provide technical support.

·         Document specification, network diagrams, and other network infrastructures

·         Ensure high customer satisfaction

·         Mentor and support junior systems engineers.

Qualifications and Experience:

·         5+ years of experience with Cisco technologies:

o   Cisco Communications Manager

o   Utility Connection

o   Unified Contact Center Express

o   Presence Services

·         Excellent organization, planning, and implementation skills

·         Excellent troubleshooting ability

·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as impeccable documenting skills.

·         Motivated self-starter

·         Certified in CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, and CCSP.

·         CCIE certification is highly desirable.

·         Knowledge in UCCX and Multicast.

·         Must have 3+ years in switch and router provisioning
