SUMMARY:

Physical Therapist for 100% Home Health Duties

Small hospital located in southwest Ohio seeks an experienced physical therapist for its home health service

Great community within very easy drive of three metropolitan communities.

Must have at least one year of experience as a physical therapist.

Relocation assistance provided too!

 

Up to $39.00 an hour depending on experience.

Credential Requirements:

Licensed in Ohio or eligible

Education Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy

Experience Requirements:

One or more years experience required. Need OASIS and case management experience
