Company looking for a highly-motivated, self-directed, self-starter who has the ability to initiate productive relationships with customers without relying on others to pave the way. Position involves travel to customer offices frequently, several days at a time.
• A minimum of 5 years total experience in business to business marketing, partner relations and/or account management in the property & casualty insurance vertical
• Demonstrated success managing and building relationships to drive customer acquisition or sales
• Impeccable client relations and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of partner management, often ranging from associate to VP
• Superior writing, editing, management, and budgeting skills
• Excellent analytical abilities — comfortable creating programs that are strictly measured against quantitative ROI-based objectives
• Passionate, energetic and highly motivated to help a company win in a very competitive, dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Able to wear both strategic and tactical hats; must be hands on
• Comfort level reading, interpreting and resolving contract issues
• BA/BS required
