ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR - Media Agency
A top advertising agency in Chicago is searching for an Accounting Coordinator.
This person will be responsible for:
- Media affidavit/invoice matching and clearing, essentially a specialized form of accounts payable
- Client media billing
- Cash disbursement, i.e. check, issuance and processing
Candidates must have
- 5-7 years of recent experience using large-scale accounting and media systems, preferably EAS & Medialine, in an advertising or media buying agency
- Intermediate proficiency level with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet and adhere to strict timeframes and deadlines
