ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR - Media Agency

A top advertising agency in Chicago is searching for an Accounting Coordinator.  

This person will be responsible for: 

• Media affidavit/invoice matching and clearing, essentially a specialized form of accounts payable
• Client media billing
• Cash disbursement, i.e. check, issuance and processing
• Filing

Candidates must have 

• 5-7 years of recent experience using large-scale accounting and media systems, preferably EAS & Medialine, in an advertising or media buying agency
• Intermediate proficiency level with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to meet and adhere to strict timeframes and deadlines
