Title: SAS & SQL Programmer

Job Description:

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Programmer to work closely with the business and technology owners.  This person will provide support for marketing campaigns that are launched in a variety of banking channels.

Duties include:

? Coordinate processes related to marketing campaign eligibility, file creation and delivery to banking channels of distribution.
? Interpret campaign requirements.
? Coordinate inflow and outflow of fields into campaign data repositories.
? Receive and load external campaign populations into data tables.
? Write queries and analyze data.
? Setup and configure campaigns for execution.
? Review, deliver and seek approval of campaign waterfalls prior to production.
? Ensure compliance and report information sharing/privacy requirements.
? Conduct QA of campaign populations prior to production and delivery.

Required skills:

? 5+ years of SAS (including BASE, Macros & Proc SQL) on PC and UNIX environments.
? 5+ years of SQL (Teradata preferred).
? 3+ years of financial services experience.
? 3+ years of direct marketing experience.
? Detail oriented.
? Very organized.
? Effective communication skills.
? Effective interpersonal skills.
