Technical Operations Lead (ABAP Developer)

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Complete Description:

Work Hours - Mon 9:00 AM through Fri 5:00 PM (No Telecommuting)

Required Skills -

• High technical expertise in all ABAP development related areas, with emphasis on Dialog programming
• 6-8 years of ABAP experience with ECC.
• Experience with PP/MM/QM modules are a must, WM is a plus.
• Additional experience with SCM/APO is a big plus.
• Some macro experience will help.

 Must have lead experience:

• Collecting the work from functional team and delegating to onsite & offshore developers
• Designing complex technical solutions & guiding team members
• Ensuring that the work is progressing on schedule
• Ensuring the quality of the delivered work
• Ability to work with multiple projects and keep resources and deliverables independent for each
