The candidate should also have an excellent understanding of response analysis techniques and demonstrated delivering tangible improvements to campaign delivery.

The successful candidate should also have an excellent knowledge and understanding of analysing customer/transactional data and driving actionable insights that drive material improvements in business unit financial performance. A proven track record of working in the financial services and Business to Business industry would be a distinct advantage.

• Management and delivery of targeted leads to sales populations
• Management and delivery of targeted Direct Mail to the Commercial customer base.
• Developing a targeting strategy
• Identification of opportunities to drive sales and customer retention
• Analysis of campaign results and delivery of recommendations
• Managing a small team that responsible for lead generation and direct mail delivery
