* Minimum 3 years’ experience leading a technical support team within the software industry.
* Demonstrated proficiency with Help/Support Desk concepts, best practices, procedures and tools.
* Demonstrated proficiency in ongoing process improvement.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Quality Assurance Best Practices
* Proficiency in project management systems, procedures and tools.
* Experience in web-based technologies, relational database and client/server
* Knowledge of the Printing industry preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with databases, preferably SQL and web technologies
* Experience in ERP preferred
* Ability to fully understand installation and configuration of Avanti products and accompanying features preferred
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
* Excellent customer interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal skills
*Networking and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with senior management, peers, and external clients
*Management and organizational skills to accomplish significant results, lead collaborative teams, and manage complex projects
