This leading infrastructure investment group operates across four specialist divisions including PFI/PPP, Construction & Regeneration, demonstrating the ability to provide integrated solutions to a broad client base. Expanding rapidly, both organically and via acquisition, the group currently boasts £1bn of funds under investment. With a number of high profile property & real estate projects earmarked over the next 3-5 years, a high profile role for a Financial Modeller exists to support a range of new and existing projects reporting to the Head of Project Finance. Key responsibilities include:

•Assisting with preparation & development of financial models (Excel) & documents for investment opportunities & bids
•Supporting preparation of financial information for business plans & investment proposals
•Assisting with discussions with funders, potential investors & supply chain partners
•Supporting implementation of funding solutions
•Updating financial model & monitoring financial risk on projects

As a part qualified or finalist or graduate with relevant pfi or project finance or investment sector experience, you will demonstrate advanced Excel modelling skills, commercial flair & ideally previous exposure to project, bid or proposal processes, you will be a strong business partner with the gravitas to influence the non-finance community.
