New Loan Set-Up

Manchester based mortgage company is seeking a candidate that is familiar with FHLMC, FNMA, FHA and VA Guidelines. This will start doing new loan setup then after a few months this person will work as a Loan Closer.        

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Ø  Receive and import 3.2 files

Ø  Print all new loans received via email

Ø  Check key items for loan integrity

Ø  Put files in order

Ø  Mail disclosures

Ø  Pull flood certificates

Ø  Run LP/DU

Ø  Complete high cost worksheets

Ø  Print all conditions received via email

Ø  Pull loan file, match with conditions and distribute

Ø  Order tax transcripts

Ø  Answer phones

Ø  Pull CAIVRS

Ø  Check GSA & LDP lists

Ø  Pull case numbers (FHA & VA)

Ø  Obtain automated COE (if possible)

Ø  Status calls

Ø  Provide premier customer service to internal and external clients

Ø  Other duties assigned by Manager/Supervisor
