CRM Director

(Retail Brand)

This global Retail Brand is searching for a CRM Director to be based in Hong Kong. This newly created position is responsible for the development of the regional customer loyalty strategy, budget control, planning and execution of all CRM activities.

Role responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement all initiatives relating to relationship management
  • Uphold the accepted standards of service are consistently executed and exceeded at all times by the CRM team
  • Produce reports and analysis for selected marketing events and privilege consumer spending behaviour including tracking customers
  • Analyze the business performance and identify where the business opportunities are, and come up with programme ideas to further generate sales
  • Develop strategies to build the customer base and actively connect with  privilege customers
  • Forecast, analyze and report sales and research information to provide consumer insights. Use this information to develop, recommend and execute plans to deliver targeted sales  
  • Datamine the CRM IT system and use analyse and communicate information as required
  • Accountable for the financial performance VS budget for CRM, as well as identify cost savings
  • Provide on-the-job coaching for the CRM Team to ensure they are able to meet and exceed the standards and people management requirements of their role
  • Monitor and review performance of the direct reports, identifying individuals who are ready for promotion or require performance improvement plans
  • ŸResponsible for leads generation and management, ROI of campaign results and leads-turn-to-sales tracking

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in CRM, Database marketing
  • Minimum 10 years all-rounded marketing experience in a regional capacity
  • Previous working experience in international fashion brands is definitely an advantage
  • Dynamic, resourceful, enthusiastic and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong interest in fashion branding / retailing
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills (MS applications)
