This role will be responsible for:
- Providing subject matter expertise for as-is organizational assessments to identify savings and efficiencies resulting from transforming our client's agency.
- Leading technology transformation business case development
- Directing team members in the analysis of client information on costs, budgets, facilities, operations, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to the creation of future-state operating model
- Leading executive interviews and focus groups
- Developing vision and structure for client deliverables and directing team members to achieve them
- Providing advise to senior level clients on the process of organizational integration and consolidation

- Expert in commercial mergers and integrations due diligence
- Conducted organizational assessments and transformations
- Expert in developing business cases for organizational consolidations and identifying synergy savings targets
- Expert in developing future-state operating models from consolidation of government or commercial organizations
- Expert in conducting as-is organizational assessments that analyze: customers, products, services, processes/policies/procedures, budgets/costs, performance metrics, governance, facilities, and/or organizational structure
- Expert in developing road maps for implementing new operating models
- Trusted Business Advisor to senior client management

Experience with transformation of large network operations organizations
- Experience with nationwide technology/network operations planning, development and management
- Experience with Air Force or DoD Clients
- Experience with classified client environments
