Work in partnership with HRS Reporting team to define report requirements

• Define specific technology solutions to address HR Analytics needs
• Work in partnership with HR Information Delivery/Analytics lead to manage and define requirements for HR Analytics systems and tools
• Translate analytics business requirements into technical requirements
• Define, plan, and manage projects to deliver reporting/analytics in Cognos
• Work in partnership with HR Technology Business Intelligence team to develop reporting/analytics tools Maintain expertise in HR Analytics trends, products, and services
• Work in partnership with HR Technology Testing COE to manage and test SIT and UAT
• Document report definitions, end user considerations for new reporting/analytics tools
• Train End User Support team on new reporting/analytics tools
• Provide Tier 2/3 support on new reporting/analytics tools
