Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial Applications
Strong knowledge of general accounting processes and best practices
Knowledge of HR/Payroll systems
Knowledge of HR/Payroll processes and best practices
Strong knowledge of Oracle Tool & Technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus S
trong customer-service orientation
Strong professional skills of communication, problem-solving and working well under pressure

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems of related field required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Systems required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience developing applications and databases using Oracle required.
Oracle Financials support experience required.
Experience supporting a HRMS / HRIS system required.
Project Management experience preferred. Restaurant/Retail IT systems experience is a plus.
