Currently, we are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team of professionals for our client located in Charlotte NC.  The SharePoint Administrator will participate in a large SharePoint migration.  The client is migrating a SharePoint farm from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010 farm.  Administer SharePoint farms with PowerShell. 

SharePoint Administration Skills and ability

• Installation, configuration, upgrades updates and support for multiple WSS 3 and SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 farms

• Create system documentation and standard operating procedures for administration of SharePoint farms Disaster Recovery and High Availability Planning,

• Configuration, and Testing • Tier 2/3 escalation and support activities (on-call) • Deploy and configure search, sites, lists, web parts, content types, workflows, etc.

• Assist project managers with developing work-plans for SharePoint environment updates • Assist, coordinate, and evaluate 3rd party tools for integration with SharePoint • Performance tuning and monitoring Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with WSS 3, SharePoint 2007/2010, Windows Sever 2003/2008, Active Directory, SQL Server and IIS • Experience in troubleshooting the following areas as related to SharePoint installations: AD, Kerberos, SQL clustering, load balancing and backup/recovery
