My client is actively seeking 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners to join 3 other NNP’s and 6 Neonatologists. Experience with high risk deliveries, resuscitation, and management of surgical and critically ill neonates is highly recommended, but will consider new grads with at least 3 years of Level III background. Responsibilities include attendance at high risk deliveries, direct patient care, resident education, advanced procedures, and ventilator management including HFOV, Conventional and Nitric Oxide. In house night call is required; transport duties are not required at this time but may be in the future. NNP’s work autonomously in the 45-bed all private, specially equipped NICU alongside the Neonatologists and specially trained neonatal nurses. NNP must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of GA with a Masters Degree in Nursing and certified and licensed as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in the State of GA. Maintenance of CPR and NRP are also required. Position offers a competitive wage with annual CNE allowance and an excellent benefit package.
