Job Description

Temp to Hire Opportunity

 This Jersey City Financial Services firm requires a detailed, responsible, hard-working individual for an Administrative position in the Private Wealth Group. The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, take initiative in your work while displaying a willingness to learn the business is ideal.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Create seminar invitations for wholesaler events
  • Compose Marketing kits for the internal and external sales force
  • Research bond descriptions on Bloomberg for portfolio manager analysis
  • Generate Muni Sample Proposals and Muni Bond Proposals
  • Maintain Sales Desk attendance database
  • Stock marketing literature and maintain literature database
  • Liaison between Sales Desk and Marketing Department
  • Create workflow and proposal reporting each quarter and trimester
  • Track and maintain reporting on all competitive information reports that are generated
  • Develop and maintain Regional Consultant and Regional Manager training materials
  • Reception Coverage 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 1-3 years administrative experience
  • Professional demeanor and good judgment
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and thorough when completing tasks
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Ability to act independently while being a team player
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn the business
  • Corporate dress code a must
