Business/Membership Development Manager. Executive Networking Organisation. Covent Garden. Full Time Permanent role. Up to £40k basic with ote £60k+ 1st year and £100k second year.

A stunning opportunity for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated sales professional to join the team of Executive Networking organisation that is taking the sector by storm

Our client is a leading Executive networking and knowledge sharing organisation that helps Executives/Professionals/Directors networks and make contacts within a peer group that will enable them to share their knowledge and experiences with the aim of enhancing them as an individual and allowing them to develop their careers as a result.

Executive pay a membership subscription fee to be a part of the peer and this enables the organisation to pay very attractive rate of commission

Every time the Business Development manager signs someone up to a peer group they receive £300 on top of their basic salary. With the top performers in the organisation managing to sign 30 a month up to the networks it is easy to see just how much earning potential there is.

We are seeking only the most ambitious and motivated sales professionals who are looking to take their careers to the next level and start to work towards a Sales Director position once they have proved themselves.

The successful candidate will be placed on a fast track scheme that will push them toward a senior sales management position in as little time a 1 year if they manage to hit their target and maintain their energy and motivation levels, lead by example and help to grow the British arm of what is a European phenomenon.
