Litigation Paralegal needing 4+ years of experience.  The right Litigation Paralegal for this position should be able to handle their own case load as the lead and work in a team environment when needed.  Ability to handle a case from start to finish, strong E-Discovery skills, discovery and trial prep skills are required.  In the court room trial experience on large complex document intensive cases is highly preferred.  Good educational background and 6450 compliance is a must.
