This US retail conglomerate is searching for a Visual Merchandising Manager to be based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created position is responsible for formulating and executing in-store visual merchandising, campaign roll-outs, vendor management for stores in the APAC region.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan and manage visual merchandising programs that reflect intended look and feel of the season’s release, cost-effective, in synergy with marketing support and achieve the intended retail identity and brand image results
• Focus on VM projects for special events (outdoor and indoor, road shows, custom window and product displays)
• Design and develop from concept briefs and presentations to detailed execution, timeline and actual graphic design work
• Support computer graphic drawing, designing marketing materials, promotional items and light box 
• Develop creative graphic ideas to enhance product and brand awareness 
• Execute production of artwork design of window & POP and daily routine to renew POP
• Application of Visual Merchandising, display, fixture installation, store development, POP

Key Requirements

• Written and Spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin essential
• Diploma holder or above in visual merchandising or design
• At least 5 years experience in display, visual merchandising in fashion or retail industry with the full responsibility of designing
• Previous working experience in international fashion brands is definitely an advantage
• Experience in building concepts to detailed execution
• Sound knowledge of fashion, accessories, colour trends and styling
• Creative, self-motivated, independent, mature, team-oriented and detail-minded
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skill
• Dynamic, resourceful, enthusiastic and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Regional Visual Merchandiser position
