Outside Sales Representative/Home Performance Advisor

International energy efficiency company is seeking a Home Performance Advisor with a proven track record in direct-to-consumer sales.

Responsibilities include:

o Conduct Energy Assessments

o Provide customer educational overview on home performance

o Collect data (including fieldwork and measurements)

o Identify opportunities to improve home performance through data analysis and customer goals

o Prepare recommendations for energy efficient measures

o Present recommendations to customer and SELL our services in the home

Candidates should exhibit:

- Sound technical knowledge in the areas of construction and home energy efficiency

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Self-motivation – takes initiative

- The ability to work in a team environment
