Create/update/participate in build process and operations documentationsParticipate in 24/7 Operations Support on-call rotationEnsure systems health and best practices implementedWork with vendor/tickets to resolve issues requiring vendor participationAdhere to Change management processes (plans for implementation approvals)Participate in project planning and implementation (design / implement /support)

Requirements:SUN Solaris architecture: installation, clustering, administration, integration and support skillsetFamiliar and capable in the area of IT infrastructure (Data Center HW, cabling, SAN, Networking)Familiar and knowledgeable with systems management, ticketing, monitoring and reporting toolsAbility to work well under time constraints to meet project deliverable due datesAbility to perform critical systems troubleshooting and support Participate in on-call rotation for off-hours support of Data Center and systemsUnderstand the value of Change Management processes, systems build and process documentation maintenance, and team knowledge transferEnjoy a dynamic, challenging environment where IT is core to the delivery of the customer experience

Preferences:Virtual infrastructure installation, management, administration experienceExperience with OS patching and Firmware/Driver update ongoing proceduresTools building and development language skillsExperience with HPUX and PA-RISC systemsSAN/Storage/Backup experienceExperience and general knowledge with networking, routing, TCP/IP, protocolsIT Cross Area knowledge and experience (UNIX/Win/Networking/VM/ SAN/Data Center)
