My Client, a leading Healthcare services organization is seeking a CIS Pharmacy Analyst for it Sunrise Clinical Manager to ensure its optimal use within its acute care across its large multi Hospital network

The Pharmacy Analyst will be responsible to support the design, configuration and support of medication order enter in its hospitals, that are in the process of rolling out Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager to all sites through the next several years.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Define Departmental/Clinical requirements including:
• Catalog and form design
• Reporting needs
• Collect data for configuration and display
• Analysis/Design and configuration of all components of Sunrise Acute Care, with emphasis on medication order entry
• Documenting all configuration and system specifications
• Create and maintain test plans
• Participate in testing of software upgrades, system enhancements
• Understand workflow, policy and procedure changes related to the software implementation
• Respond to help desk calls and work with clinical users to resolve issues.
• Provide On-call rotation for support of SCM
• Provide on-site support during activations
  

Specific experience / skills required:

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve/escalate issues
• Experience in writing comprehensive application test plans
• Team player
• Pharmacy background
• Knowledge of Eclipsys Sunrise application a plus
• Experience in application system implementations
