Client Services Manager - Insurance - Ottawa

In this role, you will support the Client Executive by assisting in the management of business accounts by developing and maintaining excellent client relationships with a focus on maximizing retention.

We are ideally seeking candidates who:

*Are fluently bilingual
*Possess a University degree (prefera finance background)
*Have five years experience with a Broker or Insurance Company
*Licensed
*Ability to work well indepenantly
*Strong project managment skills
*Detail oriented and customer focused.
