Dynamics AX Developer/Analyst

This position is for a Dynamics AX Developer/Analyst to join their information technology team, to support their ongoing use of Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 (Axapta), and the planned upgrade to AX2012.  This individual will work with functional business owners in developing and supporting applications around Microsoft Dynamics AX in the areas of Business Intelligence, Enterprise Collaboration, Document Management, Workflow, Manufacturing, and Accounting.  Qualified individuals will need superior business systems analytical and coding skills as well as solid planning and organizational skills.  Well-honed interpersonal skills, a high level of customer focus and strong listening skills are all keys to success in this position.

We will consider candidates with 3-5 five years? experience in programming and a Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems Management or related technical field such as Computer Science, or Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Application design and development
• Technical design and programming in Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Technical and user documentation
• Troubleshooting third-party software
• System administration (job scheduling, security, process automation)
• Business process analysis
• Identify critical success factors
• Recommend and design process enhancements
• Design and develop applications, scorecards, dashboards, reports, workflows
• Support user inquiries and requests
• Backup IT team members
• Team meetings
• Work with contractors/vendors
• Administrative activities

Requirements:

• Current US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H1b, TN/TN1 visa)
• A BA/BS in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant programming experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (version 2009 preferred)
  Custom application development with Morph X development suite using X++
• SQL Server, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services
• Development of business intelligence and reporting applications
  Windows SharePoint Server (SharePoint 2010)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer focus

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary + bonus programs (to $120K)
