WebMethods System Admin for Installation, configuration, and maintains WebMethods suite. 

webMethods 7/8 suite Administration: IS, MWS, Optimize, Broker, PRT, Blaze, Mediator, BAM, Database Components, Adapters (Installation, configuration, sizing, maintenance of system health). Setting up security for the suite. 
Lead or assist webMethods developer in creating project deployments. Support developers in troubleshoot webMethods related issues. 
Create and enforce best practice, migration, and DR procedures for project development. 
webMethods 8 BPM design and development using wM Designer, Blaze and Developer 
Other miscellaneous duties (installations of third party products when required, documentation, etc.) 

Candidate should be strong with following 
webMethods Specific: 
Developing IS services using FLOW and Java languages. 
Publishing IS services as web services. 
Installation of IS, MWS, PRT, Optimize, Mediator, Broker. 
Setting up various components in cluster mode 
Strong understanding of security for webMethods suite.
