We are recruiting for a high-energy sales oriented professional to drive and manage our leasing efforts for our luxury apartment community.  If you are a self-starter with proven sales ability and can think on your feet-we want to talk with you.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and market the apartment community.  Reach out to businesses and the community to sell Richdale properties.  Organize and maintain the apartment property and provide luxury customer service to current and prospective residents. Possesses knowledge of the property's demographics and that of the nearby competition. Initiates and directs the improvements for curb appeal and marketability. Makes independent judgement for assessing and charging move-outs for repairs and damages.
