Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role profile
In the first 6 months at eSynergy Solutions you will be expected to:
- Pass our 20 module training passport
- To fully understand the recruitment lifecycle- from candidate search and selection, lead generation, to pitching, winning and writing new business.
- Integrate well into the team
- To have hit your target and made your first eSynergy High Achiever's "Lunch Club"
- To have fully understood the technology you recruit for and presented to the Company about your knowledge
- Demonstrate understanding of professional selling skills- able to sell exclusivity/meetings/interview slots to candidates.
- Demonstrate a understanding of their own business and have the ability to be able to forecast results/understand future recruitment plans of their clients.
- Conduct effective negotiations with candidates and clients
Key Performance Indicators we will judge success by*:
*(This may change at your team leader’s discretion) this is meant as a guide:
- Interviews: 5 candidate interviews per week
- Candidates uploaded onto our database: 25 per week
- Candidate conversations logged on the database record: 75 per week
- cv’ s sent to jobs you have worked on: 10 per week
- Leads generated: 10 per week
- 2 hours outbound sales calls per day
Criteria for promotion to the next level *:

- Mastered the core competencies above
- Achieved the following targets as well:
- 5 new business deals or an agreed target with your team leader.
A formal review with the Sales Manager will occur to discuss your promotion to the next banding.
