We are looking for a few key individuals with the drive and desire to help local businesses grow by utilizing our unique set of digital marketing products in combination with opportunities we uniquely offer to reach listeners and viewers through our powerful local TV, Radio and out-of -home assets. Be part of a growing division with plenty of opportunity for advancement. The primary function of this role is to assist radio sellers in the sale of digital assets to current customers as well as new prospects , you will accompany the main account rep and help them cross sell digital products. The Digital Sales Specialist should be extremely well versed in selling the entire Digital product suite including Display, Sponsorships, Streaming, Local Pages, Local Offers, Mobile, and any new products that may be introduced from time to time. The Digital Sales Specialist may prospect for new business as time permits.
- Act as the company’s digital sales expert in the complete suite of digital products including display, streaming, local listings, and local offers.
- Assist other sales reps in creating comprehensive marketing programs for clients.
- Attend client meetings and assist with presentations.
- Identify and generate new digital sales opportunities.
Top 3-5 must have skills:
- Minimum of 2 years digital sales experience
- Proven track record of knowledge of online sales offerings
- Technically savvy and proficient with sophisticated digital advertising programs delivery methodologies
- The ability to sell a comprehensive marketing solution including multiple products
- A hunter mentality to generate new business
- Exceptional communication skills
- Solid telephone prospecting and closing skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
