This individual will work closely with other manufacturing functions such as production control, quality engineering, purchasing, safety and environmental and manufacturing management to develop and implement solutions consistent with the goals of the Company.

Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing engineering functions, including process development and support.

Responsibility for manufacturing project management on projects up to $5M, development of strategic plans, as well as general manufacturing support and team participation

Requirements

Four year engineering degree and five to ten years experience.

Past experience on assembly line in an automotive or construction equipment facility.

Electronic experience helpful

Good problem solving and analytical skills, project management, and lean manufacturing experience required. 

Excellent communication and computer skills a must.
