Job Description

The National Restaurant Association is a great place to work. Web Communications Specialist

The Web Communications Specialist works with the Senior Manager, Web Strategy and Analytics and other key marketing staff to implement web-based communication and marketing activities for the National Restaurant Association’s online properties.  This role is responsible for web coding and publishing content in support of multiple websites as well as planning and executing special web features, projects and campaigns to increase awareness of the NRA’s products and services and increase the Association’s voice in the marketplace. The position will be based out of the NRA’s W. Jackson Blvd. office in Chicago.

 Content Developer

Under the supervision of the Senior Director, Convention Marketing & Communications, the Content Developer independently creates original content for all exhibitor and attendee marketing and communications materials in print and digital formats based on messaging strategy; collaborates on development of overall as well as target segment-specific messaging strategy; develops customer training materials; collaborates with Art Director to concept and execute marketing communications pieces that effectively match copy with visual elements; manages Web site content updates; performs copyediting and maintains version control for all attendee and exhibitor communications pieces.
