Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager

Our client is a leading Multinational company with offices across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East, who deliver high quality work within the Construction, MEP and Civil Engineering industries.

Due to a recent project win, our client is now recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an established background who is looking to make the step up to a Commercial Manager role now or in the near future to work on projects at Oman’s, Muscat International Airport.

The project is valued at around 160m AED and consists of small packages of circa 15m AED each over 11 different buildings at the site all under FIDIC and Design & Build contracts.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in Contract Administration for all packages on the project and therefore must have good Contract experience.

Remuneration

Up to 50,000 GBP per year tax free

Requirements:

-          Degree Qualified (preferable)

-          Minimum 8 years experience in Quantity Surveying

-          Extensive knowledge and working experience on Contract Administration

-          FIDIC and Design & Build experience

-          Airports experience (preferable)

-          Middle East experience is not essential
