About the brand:

H&V News is the only publication to serve the entire heating and ventilation industry on a fortnightly basis. This means that the coverage provided is the most up to date and is invaluable to your business.

Introduction:

Providing editorial support, including administration duties, copy editing, feature writing and liaison with the editor and sub editors to assist with the creation of H&V News on a fortnightly basis.

Providing editorial support, including administration duties, copy editing, feature writing and liaison with the editor and sub editors to assist with the creation of H&V News on a fortnightly basis.

Responsibility:

Assisting with meeting arrangements, creating copy for regular features, updating the website and posting social media updates, dealing with editorial enquiries and generally assisting the editor in day-to-day activities. Some travel may be involved, including attendance at exhibitions and press events within the UK.

Good command of English language and ability to write clear and concise copy.

The ability to understand technical detail and process accordingly.

Must be familiar with general computer use including Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook

High levels of communication, planning and organisational skills essential, plus the ability to work to tight deadlines. Good with people.

About the person:

Willing to work as part of a team and learn the various complexities surrounding the building services industry, including legislation detail and both on-going and emerging issues.
