Responsibilities of Media Planning Business Director:

• Lead on the biggest account within the agency
• Develop innovative media strategies and manage the planning process whilst overseeing the buying
• Develop the use of digital on each campaign
• Build a strong relationship with clients and challenge when necessary
• Manage a large team within the agency whilst leading specialists teams, drawing on their expertise within the agency
• Develop a strong strategic vision and translate into business goals
• Participate in and run various new business pitches, being a key ambassador to the company

Requirements of Media Planning Business Director:

• A full understand of all media disciplines including the digital market
• Must have knowledge of the UK media market
• Must be at Business Director level or similar within a media agency
• Strong leadership & management skills
• Financial and business acumen
