Our client is a Top 3 global property and construction consultancy with over 70 offices worldwide. They are experiencing growth off the back of on-going project wins and Repeat business via negotiated contracts resulting in the requirement for an Associate Director to join their Occupier Division in the London office. You will have extensive Commercial fit out experience to be considered for this position as well as having worked with a blue chip client base.

Our client can offer international options, an enviable Global client base such as Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, British Airways, BP and additional responsibility.

You will currently be managing a team of circa 20 with a view to growing this and will be target driven and incentivised acordingly
