Job Description

Work at customer sites in areas of product implementation including planning, needs analysis, specifications and design, data conversion, training, and support services. Has thorough knowledge of the products produces an understanding of configuration capabilities and implementation solutions. Will report to Technical Services Manager
Required Skills
Responsibilities:
•Travel onsite for project implementation
•Back end product configuration and technical product installations
•Analyze customers' needs to determine customized configuration of the application
•Analyze customers' data
•Load data from customer into the application
•Troubleshoot issues with customer's configuration and data
•Create interfaces between customer systems and the application
•Create customized solutions (queries, graphs, workflows) for customers within the application
•Understand customer requirements and assist with new product design as required.
•Assist with testing and debugging as required.
•Become proficient with SQL, have knowledge of Oracle, VB, and the technical aspects of our product.
•Develop business rules and custom forms using VSA & SSRS reports
•Assist in client presentations and setup of pilot projects.
Required Experience
Qualifications:
•Experience in product (standard/ custom) implementation
•Experience with Oracle or SQL Server
•Experience with VSA and/or .Net
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to handle multiple tasks or projects
•Initiative and a willingness to learn
•Project management experience is a plus
•Excellent presentation skills is a plus
•Desire to travel up to 50-75%
